As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Your product(s) are then prepared and packed in our Florida warehouse. For shipping, our preferred carrier is UPS with 4 options: Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. However, if you would like us to use your carrier, please let us know.

For all orders placed before 2 pm (eastern time), products will ship the same day. All orders placed after 2 pm will ship the next day.

After placing an order, you can check its status at any time in your account. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with your invoice and a tracking number to be checked on the carrier’s website.
